Yash Thakur has over twenty years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and legal advisory. He represents individuals, corporate entities, financial institutions, and government bodies before judicial and quasi-judicial forums across India, including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and various arbitral tribunals.
